1. Return Policy
Eligible Return Period
Leather Pillow Covers & Cushion Covers
Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Cowhide Patchwork Rugs
Due to the custom-made nature of our rugs, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect items received.
Return Requirements
Accepted Returns
✔ Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
✔ All tags and labels must remain attached and undamaged.
✔ Products must be returned in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
❌ Custom-made cowhide rugs without defects.
❌ Products manufactured in custom sizes or specifications.
❌ Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return request, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
For defective or damaged products, photo or video evidence may be required for evaluation.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by Barrio Rico LLC, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Cowhide Patchwork Rugs: 12-Month Limited Warranty
Leather Pillow Covers: 6-Month Limited Warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Covered Under Warranty
✔ Stitching defects.
✔ Separation of leather panels caused by manufacturing issues.
✔ Manufacturing-related color or finish defects.
Not Covered Under Warranty
❌ Normal wear and tear, including softening of leather and natural aging.
❌ Natural variations in color, texture, markings, hair patterns, or grain characteristics of genuine cowhide.
❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, cuts, burns, liquid exposure, pets, or improper storage.
❌ Damage caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
❌ Failure to follow recommended care instructions.

Barrio Rico LLC will review warranty requests within 48 business hours.
If the claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace the product,

Provide store credit, or

Issue a partial or full refund.
3. Regional Compliance
This policy applies worldwide.
European Union Customers
Customers residing within the European Union may have additional statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
The standard 14-day withdrawal right generally applies only to non-customized products. Custom-made and made-to-order products may be exempt from cancellation and return rights where permitted by law.

Our products are crafted from genuine cowhide and natural leather materials.
Variations in color, texture, markings, grain, and pattern are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
Each product is unique and may differ slightly from product photographs.
